About Our Californians

We recently added a pedigreed breeding trio of Californian rabbits from a local breeder with the primary goal of developing a strong meat-production line. All three rabbits are pedigreed and meet show standards. To expand and strengthen our genetics, we later added an unrelated Californian buck purchased from a fellow breeder at the Marshfield rabbit show in December 2025.

Californians are a newer breed for us, and we are learning more about their care and breed standards each day. As we establish and refine our own lines, we may begin showing in open class at rabbit shows in the future. All of our Californian rabbits are purebred and pedigreed.

This is an exciting new chapter for our rabbitry, and we look forward to seeing where this journey takes us as we continue to grow and improve our program.
